I was just listening to two people chatting about the latest news on what OpenAI is planning to do with its AI agents. At first, I thought, “Great! 😡 They’re about to take all the jobs of IT agents working at service desks!” But as I tuned in, I realized it was something else entirely. Instead, it sounded like these agents were more like personal assistants or body doubles—only without the body, of course! 😆 They’ll be making decisions for you exactly how you would when you’re too busy binge-watching your favorite show to do it yourself—booking appointments, planning events, and maybe even doing your grocery shopping (fingers crossed!).
